01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 9999 tk website at https://9999-tk.com, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and 9999 tk ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account and must immediately cease using the 9999 tk platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your relationship with 9999 tk. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. 02 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 9999 tk, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

Matches abandoned due to weather or other causes before this threshold may have bets voided and stakes returned.
• In-play cricket odds are updated ball by ball. Bets placed after a ball is bowled but before the platform updates the odds will be accepted at the odds available at the time of confirmation — not retrospectively adjusted.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft;

Player-Initiated Closure
